At ButterSugarCake we love creating new and exciting flavour combinations, so almost any flavour is available on request. We also offer vegan and gluten-free options - available on request.
Some of our most popular combinations are:
- Victoria Sponge, traditional light and yet rich sponge complimented by strawberry conserve and vanilla bean buttercream
- Lemon Drizzle, moist and zingy lemon sponge layered with homemade lemon curd and Swiss buttercream
- Chocolate Cake, rich, moist chocolate sponge layered with Belgium chocolate ganache for a very grown up cake or a whipped milk chocolate buttercream, ideal for little ones.
- Tangy Chocolate Orange, orange zest chocolate sponge layered with chocolate orange buttercream or ganache
- White Chocolate, vanilla or milk chocolate cake layered with white chocolate ganache, great combined with raspberry conserve or fresh berries
- Chocolate Peanut Butter and Caramel, Rich Chocolate sponge drizzled with chocolate syrup layered with ganache, soft caramel and peanut butter
- Red Velvet, a moist buttermilk sponge with a hint of cocoa layered and smothered in American cream cheese frosting
- Spiced Carrot Cake with or without walnuts layered and smothered in cream cheese frosting
- Rich Fruit Cake, matured with liqueur and brandy or whiskey (alcohol optional), enrobed in natural marzipan and iced.
All our cakes are generously deep filled and double coated in buttercream or ganache before they are iced.
